All para-athletes, regardless of competition level, can benefit from the use of psychological skills training (PST) programs if they complete and integrate the skills into their daily sport environment.2, 3
Beyond sport, greater use of psychological skills have been shown to enhance overall well-being and increase mental health related outcomes.1, 3
Our online PST program is free and asynchronous. This allows for you to have access to the basics of sport psychology at no cost to you and you can complete the modules at your own pace. It is flexible and adaptable to your schedule.
Using psychological skills is not something that you should be embarrassed about integrating into your sport life. Do not hesitate to share with your support systems and teammates, as it may encourage them to enhance the mental side of their own performance!
